The Gp that I normally see is very helpful. The receptionist are very rude and not helpful. The customer service is very poor

Every time I go to the surgery the staff are polite and do their very best to help. It is clean and tidy and there is air conditioning to keep it warm or cool as the season demands. Parking is easy and convenient at the nearby Linkfield Lane car park - you can even download an app to buy another ticket if there is a hold up and you risk going over your ticket time. I have been seriously unwell during my years in Redhill and the team at Greystone House have been supporting and looking after me as best they can throughout including retinopathy scans, blood tests, diabetic screening and neurology, just to name a few! And they have referred me to experts at East Surrey or in London Hospitals too, making sure I'm seeing the best of the best - whatever I need to get healthy.

We have been so fortunate to have been registered with Greystone House for the last 4 years. I have been very impressed with their appointments system and have always managed to get a same day appointment when it has been necessary. All of the clinicians are friendly, approachable, professional and offer patient centred care. The only negative experience that I can think of is that one of the receptionists is very direct and often bordering on rudeness, however other than this I can not fault the practice at all. Sadly we are moving out of the area soon and so I wanted to take the opportunity to leave a review to say thank you for your hard work and excellent care.

Waited for over 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen! Not the first time I’ve had a half an hour wait for an appointment either! Yet if patients are 5/10 minutes late they stand not being seen?! So why is it ok for patients to wait so long and have to understand the doctors may have incurred delays, Well sometimes so do patients too!

I am a relatively new patient to this surgery and so far I have found Greystones is overall very good. The receptionists are polite, friendly, professional and helpful, it’s always easy to make an appointment. It does get very busy and appointments are often a bit late (10-15 mins or so) but this is the norm at every GP surgery. I have long term mental health conditions and I have seen Dr Forgie regarding these a few times now and she is one of the best doctors I have seen, she seems to be very caring and I actually feel listened to, something that has been very lacking at other GP surgeries I’ve been registered with. She referred me to specialists very quickly and provided me with useful information in the mean time. The only complaint I have is regarding their “in house pharmacist” who has been unhelpful every time I’ve spoken to him, takes a very long time to call you back and generally seems to be a bit clueless, but in future I will just ask to speak to a doctor instead to avoid this.
